Does anyone know alternatives for stabilizing or reversing artheosclerosis? My husband has that condition and he is on meds for now. We have heard about some new drugs, but haven't heard if they're available yet. He has a bypass for 2 years now.

I am sorry only alternative I know for stabilizing artheosclerosis is what I read recently. As I found out Pfizer is working on a new drug that is suppose to work miracles on plaque in the arteries, but it isn't available yet for public use. I read this in a news paper. I has bypass last year, but my cholesterol, triglycerides and BP are good. I am taking supplements of nyacin and magnesium with drugs. Sometimes even beta blocker that is supposed to be good for your heart and keep you vessels dilated.
