Hi im 18 years old and am suffering from these symptoms.
I started getting pains in my abdomen (normally after I ate junk food etc.) when I was around 14. Sometimes id suffer from constipation, other times from Diahorea. I eventually learned a few ways to deal with the pain. Drinking water always helped and the symptoms portrayed I.B.S. so i took on an I.B.S. diet and was essentially free from pain.
However, about 6 months ago i found a small lumps (about 1/4 size of a grain of rice) on the epididymus of my right testicle and it has grown only ever so slightly!
There is also a tiny lump beside it on the actual testicle and its a really small, rough lump. The cyst like lump is painful when squeezed however the small rough lump is too small to squeeze and that has only grown ever so slightly also since i found it about 5 months ago.
Since ive found the lump ive noticed that ive had really low self-esteem and have been really negative. I had this before i found the lump however since i found the lump it has been worse! So im thinking it might be depression.
Also Im feeling bloated, and tender in the abdomen area however since ive always had the symptoms of I.B.S. it might not be related to the Lump.

Im really worried about the lump and symptoms and have been away and in college etc. so never got around to seeing the doctor. The self esteem issues also prevented me from visiting the doctor. Im afraid it might be something bad! I would REALLY appreciate any advice!

First of all, I would say go to a doctor. If you dont know something is wrong doesnt mean that something isnt wrong with you. Feeling bumps that change in size on your testicles could mean you have testicular cancer. I have been having a dull pain in my left testicle and noticed I had a round struckture on the top of my testicle where the tubes attach. I looked on web MD and searched testicle ache and was surprised to see a bunch of references to testicular cancer. I Have had this mild ache that comes and goes for three days and plan to call the doctor tomarrow morning (I have been waiting for the weekend to end being completly worried i have cancer or somthing).
Also, I use a laptop computer for at least 3 hours each day on my lap. I have had this computer for only a few months and I am curious if the heat from my computer could cause any damage to my testicles that would cause this pain. My computer gets really hot also - i noticed some red, itchy patches on my thighs that look and feel like mild burns. Ive stoped puting it on my lap but my testicle pain is still present.

only way to figure out what it is is to visit a doctor. if it is testicular cancer, the quickly it is diagnosed, the better chances are of curing it. that doesnt mean it is cancer; there are alot of other bumps that can be found on the testicle. just go and see a doctor! plain and simple.

I've had a small bump just under the surface of the skin on the right side of my penis, close to the center (20 degrees east lol). It's really tough to touch and doesn't hurt more than any other part would when pinched

Well i experience the following, pain the abdomen, testicles, and legs i use my laptop daily Macbook, and have done some reading on EMR Electro magnetic radiation which is given off by wifi. I also found lump on my right testicle, at the top, i planned to get it checked out the new year but found by the position thats its probably just a syst.

Anyway Laptop use= Cancerous problems of the testies, i looked up the symptoms and it says high scaled family's (families with money) which would suggest laptops.

Anyway i am positive therse is a connection i am going to try and not use my laptop as much see if that helps.
