A blood test showed low levels of testosterone. I am fatigued, irritable, and require sleep. A MRI has been scheduled of the pituitary gland. What are some of the possible diagnoses.

Sounds like you have adrenal Fatigue Syndrome my friend. (Hypoadrenia). You have probably been through some very stressful situations recently and have had some that have taken their toll on your endocrine system through the years. You should take a saliva test to find out all of your hormone levels. You will need some sort of naturo type doctor who understands the adrenal and pituitary systems to explain what you need. You can be cured through proper nutrition but it might take a couple of years. You just need to ask your naturo doctor what are the proper foods for you. If you listen to your body it will tell you also. Look up a guy named Dr. Wilson. He has done alot of research in this field. You might not want to tell your General Doctor about this because they will nay say and tell you that you'll be fine. Get it checked by an eastern way now, before its too late buddy!
