APA and feeling rotten

I have several things wrong with me, Ihave PPCM and an EF of 45 %. I have CKD II, and I also have APA. I just turned 40, and I feel like I am 80. Can APA make you feel like you've been hit by a truck??

CKD can make you feel very tired. I hope that helps as I'm not sure what APA is. Not even sure if you will read this as your original message was posted last year and I've only just joined. I have a lot of medical problems also. It sometimes isn't easy to cope mentally, I find.
