9 year old with pelvic pain & nausia intestines churn constantly

My 9-year-old daughter has been experiencing pain near the pelvic region and nausia. The doctors at our clinic have prescribed an antispasmotic medication to stop her intestines from churning constantly. She has had a blood test and urine test. They both came back pretty normal. Bed rest was presecribed for my hyper daughter because every time she gets active she gets pain and sometimes nausia. What could be the cause of this pain and nausia HELP

my 9 year old son has been the same and its taken 2weeks to find out what is wrondg, he's had tests done. they have discoverd it's constipation.
