hi there i m also 19 years old female..even i been on lots of diets before i always lost alot ..but ended up wid eating junk food after 2-3months.But I can give u trustworthy advice >>have a intake of Palm size portions eat anything in but not much then 150g have a small portion of anything after every 3 hours
and second way is >start eating rAw or boiled salad, and drink atleast 1.5litre water per day u will loose so fast n in a healthy way u dont even need to exercise or anything
do this and u wud be thnkful to me one day in future hehehe;lol
