I would say it's just the babie making it's way down the birth canal it's very normal at 37 weeks ....It's just getting ready to be born...You should be on weekly visits with your doc or midwife now.....

I am 37+ weeks and have really bad pains which feels like contractions. What should I do? I ended up visiting hospital and they said it's false labor but seems like it's getting harder to take this pain.

If you have more than 6 contractions an hour then you need to see the ER or your OBGYN unit at your nearest hospital. Especially if they gain in intensity. Sometimes BH and false or early labor will stop when you lay down and when you drink plenty of fluids.
