32 days and am still havin painful bm

its been 32 days and am still having pain after bm or when i get a spasm. I can remember that 1 week after the surgery the stitches broke and the doc told me he will left the would open to heal. Now one section has healed but the part close to the opening where the stool exit is still red but not bleeding am so distraught. worst the doc told me he left one of the extenal hemorrhoid cause he could cut that section else the cut would be too big. I cant go back through all this am fed up of it all. I think i might soon go crazy. someone please advise me.

I'm so sorry to hear that you are having difficulty passing still! It has been awhile since your surgery as you said. Were you able to fix your fiber problem that you were eating so much?
