Hi. I am a caregiver myself (30 years old). Caregiver stress is a common thing among caregivers. It is the emotional strain of caregiving. However, caring for another person makes me feel very positive and gives me a sense of purpose. To prevent caregiver stress you must think positive and take care of yourself. Contact your friends and family. Social activities can reduce stress.
Exercise. You must get enough sleep and
rest. Eat a healthy diet. Multivitamins can be very effective in reducing stress.
