16 year old with penis pimples.

Hi!I'm 16 years old and I have been living with what I think is sebaceous prominence. There are little white bumps along the shaft of my penis and sometimes white puss coms out. Now I've looked into what exactly SP is and I'm positive that those are SP. But what worries me is a few bigger bumps on the shaft of my penis. They always produce lots of white puss. They are hard and look like hair should come out of them but no hair does. It's always the same bumps that produce white puss too. None of the others do it. I was wondering if anyone is in the same situation as me and would be able to give me some insight as to what exactly these things are. Just to clarify things I know it is not pearly penile papules because from what I've gathered those only appear around the bottom of the tip. That is not where these bumps are located on me.

If anyone has any information or thinks they may know what these strange bumps are I would greatly appreciate what you have t say!
