Heya i'm 13 yrs old and I weigh about 168 lbs...I'm 5 " 3 and i am very
overweight. I generallty snack too much in between meals and I have large portions of food..... i've tried loads of diets but none of them seem to work!! I miss breakfast and then have it when i get home it's normally a bowl of cerial... I get bullied quite badly about my weight and I'd really like to loose weight for when I start my new
school in september. Please help. Thanks
