13DPO is this implantation?

OMG I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was slight pink on tissue. Thought it was my period/ Put in a tampon and a few hours later there was no blood. Its happend a few times now today and yesterday. Not even enough to mess up a panty liner. My period is due in a day or two. Is this it? Am I pregnant? How soon should I take a pregnancy test?
